Add a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution that further protects and provides for our military veterans.

Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States .

Furthermore, we will create a discharge program that veterans must enter into for 90 days following their military leave that helps acclimate them back into society. This must be successfully completed to receive their honorable discharge. This program will consist of counseling, therapy, support groups and workforce development. It will lower PTSD, suicide rates and divorce rates among our military families.
