We obviously need this 30th Amendment "Once You Pop You Can't Stop." As without it,every single action would come to a instant halt due to the fact that,if a action were to end suddenly it would cause everything associated with that action to stop along with it. If we were to Pop And Stop,it would cause a endless amount of procastination to occur! Nothing would be finished! Books and movies would be very short and always end on a cliffhanger! Pringles Man has the right idea,we need this Amendment to save Canada and the Moon from teh sp4c3 aliens! Or else John Madden will have everything!
