Add the ability for the National Weather Service Weather Radio Signals to be picked up in our cars.

If signals were able to received from the National Weather Services Weather Radio, then severe weather could be more easily prepared for. There are battery operated radios that a person could take into their cars in order to listen if there is severe weather or if there are alerts. But if the stations that are already used by the radio could also be used as both the Mhz and either the AM or FM frequencies it could give people more advanced time to prepare for storms if they find out about them quicker. The Weather Radio Services has given me alerts quicker, even over 15 minutes quicker then the local news or even local law enforcement announces. With it being able to be listened to in the car, people may find out about it quicker and be safer.
