Most of the russian polulation voted for one of political parties that are sitting in russian Duma. The Duma and mr. Putin are going to pass an anti-Magnitsky law. So, all russian people are to blame for this anti-human act.
We ask the Administration to make a list of russian "Creative Class" that is the only group of people who respect human rights and didn't vote for parliamentary parties and mr. Putin. Every russian man who is not included in this list, should be automatically added to Magnitsky List.
