According to the Constitution of the United States of America, we have a "Freedom of Speech" but no "Freedom of Choice." This would allow companies to limit choices on services and goods. For example, take Microsoft. If it were to use a UEFI Secure-Boot system, and require PC Makers to only allow Windows to boot on said motherboard, we'd lose our choice of Linux, this will not do in our "Land of the Free."
