1) All Congresspersons, including the House of Representatives and the Senate, will pass a Federal budget each fiscal year, and each congress shall pass a budget where Federal deficits are LESS than Federal revenues; if the Congress fails to do either of these things, they shall immediately stop being paid until a budget is passed in the manner described above, and shall also be barred from re-election for life, and lose all benefits assciated with that of a congressperson.
2) The 73,000 pages of income tax code is to be abolished, and replaced with a simple federal sales tax where EVERYONE pays a fair 9.99% or less. God only asks for 10%; the government should ask for less. Everyone must have "skin in the game" to feel the pain of Washington spending.
