add an Amendment to the Constitution regarding the reform of the US Congress.

I propose an Amendment to the Constitution that reforms Congressional health care; they must purchase their own; retirement; they must participate in Social Security and buy a 403b; have term limits of 12 years on both the Senate and House; abide by the laws they pass; no longer vote themselves a pay raise; and if Congress fails to approve a budget and the US government shuts down as a result in whole or in part, they will not get paid until they approve a budget and the government is funded.
