Add amendments having congress work 5 days a week,only have federal recognized days off and get paid for bills passed.

Congress is out of touch with the people they swore to serve and have become complacent and unwilling to lead by working in a bi-partisan manner. They have free health care, work 3 days a week and don't follow the federally recognized days off structure. If congress was put on a commission based pay structure instead of salary based they would have no choice but to include bi-partisanship into their agendas. Pay congress per bill passed with a maximum amount allowed to reach yearly. I believe that doing these things will benefit the US of A and ALL of the people who call it home.
