add another week of spring break for kids with B averages or higher the week before spring making it two weeks in Texas

We the people of Texas would like another weak of spring break making it two weeks of spring break in the state of Texas. We feel it helps with stress relief and with people traveling more time with loved ones. Also this only applies to kids with B average or more if u don't have a B average the week prior to spring break u have to return to school the following weak. Pleas understand that this can help educational purposes and for kids to be more motivated in school. We the people of Texas thank you for your time
