We the people petition the United States government to add an auxiliary clause to the "ACQUITTAL" finding during a criminal case.
The auxiliary clause allows the defendant(s) to present his/her breasts, at any point during the trial, to the jury for no more than one (1) minute and no less than five (5) seconds, as a non-verbal motion for an acquittal verdict.
If, at any point during the trial, the defendant(s) breast are presented, the presiding judge may motion the jury to convene and promptly reach an acquittal verdict if 1) all members of the jury agree that the breasts in question meet all three (3) criteria: the breasts are in a) good order, b) of supple stature, and c) are displayed in an appropriate fashion; and if 2) BOTH (two) breasticles were presented.
