To prevent future talks of secession reaching even this far, we propose the addition of an Ombudsman Branch of Government with the purpose of understanding, addressing, and conveying citizen grievances and opinions to each of the other three branches.
An Ombudsman Branch should additionally include review boards for frivolous use of Classified status, address human rights issues in the U.S. and be the first and primary group responsible to spearhead any counter efforts to laws, amendments and Supreme Court rulings that are believed by a portion of the our citizenry to be unconstitutional, conflicts of interest, or otherwise detrimental to the well being of the American people in preservation of our liberty.
