I propose that the Administration add a button, or series of buttons, to the petition pages that would allow users to self-identify petitions as redundant, idiotic, or oppressive. This would flag petitions and allow staff to and visitors to see that there are multiple copies of a petition. That a petition may be about an unfeasible proposal, or that it promotes an oppressive doctrine.
