Please remove cannabis from the Controlled Substance Act so states can regulate both medical and recreational cannabis industries, also completing scientific research on cannabis. Safer than alcohol, create jobs, increase tax revenue, lower national deficit even more, and would like to see the money returned to educating kids and youth as a priority.
