Add the choice of "None of the above." to all ballots for all elections in The United States of America.

Allow the American People to vote "None of the Above" rather than the usual 'choosing between two evils' option we now have. If 'None of the Above' votes win in any election disqualify the candidates and hold another election within 90 days. This will encourage voter turn out from the masses of nonvoters currently dissatisfied with the election process.
