During peace times, it is well recognized that the further most individuals contributing to the preservation of the Constitution, as well as the individuals that maintain general peace and prosperity that we recall as the inalienable rights are, in all respect, war-zone veterans. Therefore, the people demand the following qualifications, if met, by a man or woman, warrants a full tax exemption
1) A veteran of the armed forces, having served a totality of at minimum one (1)year in a war and/or combat zone and is currently remaining on active duty or has been discharge honorably
2) A veteran of the armed forces having served in a war and/or combat zone, and, due to combat action, was declared disabled.
These individuals shall be entitled to all federal benefits while fully exempt.
