Add a Constitutional Amendment to institute term limits for Congress.

We, the undersigned citizens on the United States, who are the true sovereign power over the government of our own selves, propose the creation of a Constitutional Amendment to limit the terms of members of Congress. As it is our Representatives' duty to act and legislate on our behalf, their loyalty should be to performing those very duties rather than acting in a way to secure seats in Congress for the rest of their lives.
