Add C.Z for Canal Zone back to the ISO 3166-1 list of countries that are allowed when filling out documents for Zonians

I was born as an American in the Canal Zone, as where many of my classmates and family members. My fellow Zonians and myself have had problems when filling out government forms when it comes to our birthplace even though so much of our heritage has been documented in books and movie over time. It is very hard to explain that the place where we were born no longer exist, and that we were born on what was considered American soil at the time. We would always have to explain that we do have dual citizenship, that both our parents are American, and yes that we are Americans by birth. The problem is that we are still required to produce an Alien number for ourselves and out parents.
