Dental should be included in the ACA, and subsidies should be included. There are thousands of part-timers that cannot afford separate coverage for their teeth, either the coverage cost or deductible. Having poorly maintained teeth can lead to serious medical problems, and even those that don't seek treatment still have a mouth full of rotten teeth, which does not increase the prospects of getting a better paying job so that they can afford coverage.
