add a diploma clause. This clause would allow persons age 18-21 to drink, so long as they have graduated high school.

Created by A.S. on November 13, 2012

high school graduates, with a special pass, between the ages of 18-21 should be allowed to drink if they do so responsibly. So, any DUI between 18-21 automatically cancels the ability to obtain alcohol for the offender. This would be a privilege to drink early. This does a few great things for our country. First off it will help keep more kids in school. Secondly it will keep more college kids out of jail, because all minors now are taken in for possession. Third, it should increase sales of alcohol. Lastly it will finally put us to where the rest of the civilized and intelligent nations stand on this issue.
