To add a "Dislike" function on the petition webpage that allows The People the ability to remove irrelevant petitions

It is necessary to add a "dislike" button to allow The People to remove a cynical, irrelevant, unpopular, and special interest petition from the Petition Webpage. The purpose of this page is to bring to light issues that can be resolved to improve the livelihood of the American People. It is NOT to start uncivil and irrelevant disputes. It is NOT to voice uneducated opinions simply to express hate over one specific group or groups of people or organizations. Once the "dislike" vote reaches 1% over the signatures in favor of the vote, the petition will be automatically removed.
