Add Election Day and revise Federal Holidays

Created by D.C. on July 03, 2013

Make Election Day a federal holiday in November and add a National Day of Remembrance - Change how federal holidays are set-up

Current: New Year's Day, Washington's Birthday, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Several options are up for debate:
- Great American Leaders (Washington, Lincoln, MLK, etc.)
- Military Day for honoring active/reserve/veterans/past/present (combine memorial/ veterans day)
- Remembrance Day (9/11, Pearl Harbor, Boston type events)

So it would end up looking like this:
New Year's, Great Leaders, Military, Independence, Remembrance, Election, Thanksgiving, Christmas + two more up for debate.

Spacing out Holidays would also be good. Currently, Mar-Aug only has 2 holidays.
