Currently if someone opposes or disagrees with a particular petition on this website the only option to show that opposition or disagreement is to create a competing petition. I think it would be both easier and more convenient to allow people to simply indicate such disagreement within that petition through the addition of an "oppose" or "disagree" feature. It would allow those reviewing them to have a clearer picture of what the people think about the issue.
