Add forced envolpment to the definition of rape.

When the defintion of rape was updated so men were actually counted as victims one important thing was left out. While men could be victims of rape under the definition women still couldnt be charged with rape if she forces a man to penetrate her with either weapons, blackmail, physical force, etc. While a woman who uses an object to penetrate a man can be charged with rape not every woman is going to do that unless it's out of mallice or she just wanted to hurt someone. This is a major loophole that needs to be closed as a woman could force a man to enter her and if she gets pregnant she can sue for child support because it wasn't a "rape baby". Or just force a penetration and emotionally damage a guy and do it over and over and basically get away with it. Close this loophole.
