Add Freedom of Privacy to the Constitution

Created by H.K. on December 20, 2012

The constitution does not specifically address a right to privacy(fourth amendment). We need a 21st century 4th amendment. Every American has the right to there own privacy which is slowing decay. For example a persons personal information (name, likeness, or identifying details) We the people have a right to have our own privacy. An frightening example of why the people should have this right is by a news story by EFF which states about an FBI program that tracks people as they move from one location to another.
