Add funding to the educational system for the improvement of technology to the rural United States of America.

I, as a high school student in rural Indiana myself, have noticed a problem in my education. My school and other schools near my area have fallen behind to cities, in terms of the educational benefit by the technological aspects. In creating this petition I wish to give everyone in rural America the same standard of technological hardware a cities in the USA have.
