Add a high speed rail system, also known as bullet trains.

The U.S. is a first class country with first class people, but not a first class infrastructure. We can innovate our transportation system with bullet trains. They are faster, cutting edge and more reliable than our current rail system. Bullet trains started in Japan and have spread to China Vietnam and the U.K. Other countries like Brazil, India, Canada and the U.S. are considering it. Now is the time to commit with them and save Americas infrastructure.
