add homophobic bullying and harrassment under the existing sexual harrassment laws

my petition is to add the LGBT community to the already existing sexual harrassment laws. When a person uses deragatory names, uses gender to promote or fire, or makes unwanted physical contact with a woman that is covered by the sexual harrasment laws but does not cover the LGBT community. This could be enforced by the civil court or criminal courts depending on the nature of the physical assult, the amount and nature of the deragatory slurs, and the nature of the attempt to terminate employment on the basis of sexual orientation.
