add Jersey and Holstein Bovine Cattle to the endangered species list.

Created by D.P. on April 15, 2013

It is our position that cows utilized for beef and dairy production, specifically Jersey and Holstein breeds, should be protected under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. These animals live exclusively in captivity and fit within three of the five requirements set forth in the law to be considered endangered, including over consumption, inadequate regulatory protection of the species, and manmade factors contributing to the long-term threat of the species.
