Amend the Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007 (HLOGA; P.L. 110-81, Section 401), and as amended by the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act (STOCK Act; P.L. 112-105, Section 15) to prohibit all federal employees, such as members of Congress, most notable former Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert from being eligible to receive a pension if said member of Congress or federal employee is convicted of being a child molester or of paying of adult victims once subject to the abuse as children or other related acts.
