Seaworld Entertainment Inc. mistreats or abuses the animals in their care. This petition would add language to the Marine Mammal Protection Act that would free the marine mammals and replace them to their natural environment. In light of the possibility that some of the mammals would not be able to survive in the wild, there would be a more tranquil and non profitable environment for those mammals to live. The taxpayers would not be held financially responsible for the transition of the mammals. That would be paid for by Seaworld Entertainment Inc.'s $1.178 billion (as of 2006) revenue. This petition in no way bring criminal charges to any individual. Only hold the corporation financially responsible for the immediate transfer of the mammals to a safe and kind environment free of abuse.
