Let the people, voters, of the USA decide for themselves if Marajuana should be legalized, taxed, and regulated.
The government admitedly is spending "$10 billion on drug education and treatment programs compared to just over $9 billion on drug related law enforcement". legalization and taxation of this issue could save our country billions, and help reduce the national debt.
Add the topic to the ballot and let voters decide for themselves.
If the issue is refused to be added to the ballot, Provide credible explinations, studies from reliable sources as to why this is not acceptable. Give actual stats pertaining to Marajuana related ER cases, not secondary causes.
Arguments pertaining to alcohol and tobacco are not of this issue.
