Add a line to the tax forms to voluntarily contribute $5.00 to directly reduce our national debt

Our tax forms should have the opportunity for individuals to voluntarily contribute to the reduction of our National Debt. A small contribution of $5.00 (whether in the form of an added payment or a reduced refund) when taken on a large scale basis can amount to a large payment each year. The money needs to be allocated as a bonus payment to directly pay off our debt and not to reduce a current obligation.
