Add a mandate to the affordable care act that makes corporations pay for their employees fitness programs and to workout

Corporations that make certain level of revenue will be mandated to pay for any employee who works over 35 hours per week's gym membership/fitness program.. They will also be mandated to pay at least 2 hours a week in compensation for those employees to workout.(added on to there hours or seperate from their hours worked). In exchange these corporations will get those huge tax cuts that they love, bonuses and positive publicity. Plus the benefits of saving money through healthier and stronger employees. It will also lower health care cost all across the country helping with the obesity crisis and economic situation. it can easily be implemented in the affordable care act within the next 3 years.
Employees that do not follow the law will be billed for their membership through tax penalt
