Add mandatory finance and the tax code classes to High Schools.

Created by W.F. on March 08, 2013

As a young adult, I find myself intimidated by the intricacies of society I need to learn, such as how to budget my money or what standard apartment deals involve. I took an elective in high school that helped me with this enough to get me started, but I don't honestly think our schools are truly preparing us for the real world. I believe practical knowledge, such as basic financing and how our country's tax code works, should be taught in our schools as mandatory classes in order to keep we the students from falling into debt and help us focus on prioritizing the things we truly need to buy as opposed to the things we want but cannot afford.
