The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, while it has some great aspects, It does not solve the problem in this country. While I feel that we should go to a complete single payer program, I believe we at least need something to compete with the corporate greed contained within the insurance companies. Adding a medicare buy in would not only create an option for those that cannot afford insurance, but it would also help fund the medicare program.
