Add mental health status to the background check for firearms.

Anyone who has had or has mental health issues should be marked/flagged as High risk, and not be allowed to purchase a firearm without first being cleared as safe. As it stands now, it is against the law to flag anyone with or who has had mental health issue in the background check as high risk. Unless their therapist feels they are a threat to themselves or others and reports to the correct officials. None of the person(s) who were getting or had received help, and attacked a school or person(s) were thought of as violent. Or threating according to their therapist before they attacked. In the background check we can identify a person as a felon or high risk, and not allowed to purchase a gun, make mental health the same.
