Add the most dangerously growing gang: MS-13 and related gangs to list of Terrorist Groups

The Mara Salvatrucha aka MS13 is an extremely dangerous gang that surfaced in Los Angeles and due to deportations of ones who commit crimes, they have spread and grown strong enough to cause governments to enact extreme measures to contain their crimes. El Salvador, a country with close ties the United States, has come to negotiate with them, releasing gang leaders already tried and sentenced to go back to their areas of choice, only serving fractions of their sentences, in exchange to lower crimes. They have become a nuisance and a leading cause to increased crimes in US cities and are a major player in the transportation of illegal drugs. They are growing within our country's boarders and creating an empire of fear supplying illegal weapons and drugs to our neighborhoods.
