This law will forbid to speak positively about homosexuality, and allow the promotion of hatred and fascism against the LGBT community. Now Russia is very strong harassment and intimidation of LGBT people. It is already known about the 7 cases of murder. On this basis, we, the undersigned, ask you to add to Magnitsky list or apply other international sanctions to Mr Putin as he signed this law on June 30. As well as to the deputies E. Mizulina, O.
