Why choose the lesser of two evils? If no candidate satisfies the voters then the people should have the ability to vote for "Non of the Above". Should a "Non of the Above" vote win majority then the position should remain vacant until it can be satisfactorily filled by a person that wins a majority vote. This will force politicians to act and vote according to their constituents and not the companies that pay for their campaigns or face not having a job the next election cycle.
