This is a petition asking for the government to add new and improved visa categories onto the website of USCIS. This is because more and more foreign people are wanting to immigrate to America legally but they are not eligible, like for example people have no immediate relatives in America, or they can't enter the DV lottery etc. New visa categories will help carry on America which is nation of immigrants legally. This will also stop illegal Mexicans and other people staying over the visitor visas illegally if you give them a chance and let these people have easier path to green card.
