Add 'None of the Above' to National ballets. If passed a new election, with all new candidates, will be held.

Through Constitutional amendment or other means require that 'None of the Above'appear on Presidential and Congressional ballets. If the majority of the vote chooses 'None of the Above' a new election will be held with a shortened period for candidates to register and new elections to be held. The new election would prohibit 'None of the Above' candidates, from the previously held election, to be on the new ballet and the 'None of the Above' option would be on the new ballet. If necessary, the incumbent elected official would continue to hold office until a successful candidate can be elected or, if prohibited by Constitution and not amended, the next in line elected official would fill the temporarily vacant position (as in a two term limited President).
