Add a "None of these candidates" option to election ballots. Allow for a "reset" if majority disapproves of candidates.

Created by J.Y. on March 16, 2016

The 2016 election is drawing near, and assuming the current data is accurate, Americans will most likely be choosing between Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton- or, as my friend Budd calls it- "the leper with the most fingers".

What do you do when you don't want ANY of the candidates to run your country? Do you abstain? Do you write in a new name? Or do you choose the "lesser of two evils"? What if we had another option?

I move to include a "scratch all candidates" option that would, when chosen by the majority over the ballot candidates, allow for a new election with new candidates to be held.
