As the LGBTQIA community is expanding (and letters are tacked on to the acronym), more and more groups would like awareness and legal recognition, including non-binary genders such as agender, genderfluid, bigender, and other queergender identities.
I would like to request at least one alternative option for these groups on legal documentation, job and school applications, etc. The option could read "other", "non-binary", or even just "decline to state". I feel this would put many people at ease and keep them from being misgendered, which causes dysphoria in many people. It would also raise awareness for non-binary gendered individuals and the LGBTQIA community itself.
