Add one wind turbine to every large viable town.

The Obama Administration should create a plan, and put it into effect, to add at least one wind turbine to every viable city and large town. This would create more renewable energy, and introduce people to the idea of having turbines and other renewable energy structures in their common life. The country would be taking a step in the right direction, and providing an example for the rest of the world to follow.
