add an option to the Tax Return Form 1040 allowing one to donate a portion of their tax return towards the Federal Debt

With the Federal Deficit continually adding to our country's monumental debt, many Americans feel helpless to do anything. With the legislative and executive branches of our government totally unable to get along or work together for the common good of the country it is time to petition to create an easy way for Americans to voluntarily donate to the cause of easing our debt problems. By signing this petition we can illustrate to our leaders that we all need this type of "pick yourself up by the bootstraps" approach to keep this great country of ours from falling apart due to insurmountable debt and interest payments.
