Add an option for visitors to whitehouse.gov to indicate when they disagree with a petition.

Some of these petitions are crazy. I would feel a lot better if I could add my name to a list of people that disagree with a petition. In fact, I would suggest the scoring system is changed so that a petition would need to have 25,000 more supporters than detractors to illicit a response from the administration.
