Add an "Over 40" classification to Ethnic/Gender crteria in Employment Applications to ensure Our most vital resource

As Our population and workforce ages and EEOC cases rise given the law, it is critical that We recognize and respect Our workforce on job applications and require organizations employ at least 40-50% of Our citizens over the age of 40. Years ago, I was told by a friend that some organizations may not consider older workers given effects on their healthcare insurance premiums - I was stunned. Our labor laws offer exempt status and Our mobile technologies result in 45-60 hour work weeks for thousands -- families, children and their health do suffer. Our laws requie ethnic and gender information at the end of job applicatons. If We truly want equal opportunity and want to increase the number of jobs and endorse better health among Our workforce, this petition should be signed and passed soon.
