Hydroflourocarbons, used as refrigerants, are not only nocive to the ozone layer, but also are powerfull greenhouses gases that can made worse our climate crisis. Phasing out HFCs is not the only steep needed to mitigate global warming, but is a good one.
Actually, if you President, establish a phasing out, it would be benifit for climate and also in terms of reducing ozone depletion.
A phase out of HFC's by 2020 will not cost jobs, because actually there are many alternative refrigerants. Instead of hurting the economy, a phase out will be in the right direction for expanding the outgoing clean tecnology developments.
