Add Putin the President of Russia to the list of people with imposed sanctions. HE violated the Ukrainian constitution.

I ask that President Vladimir Putin of Russia be add to the list of people that imposed sanctions will effect. He should have been number 1. He has violated the Ukrainian constitution. And bullied his was into anothers country. And in this day and time should NOT be allowed.
