ADD REGULATIONS TO LIMIT AND RESTRICT GUN USAGE (DRAWING AND/OR FIRING; NOT OWNERSHIP) IN PUBLIC.

This petition is meant to help regulate, limit and hopefully end unlawful shootings. We the people; at times find problems when officers of the law draw their weapons...let alone fire it, and criminal elements don't help when they start aiming at more and more people. Owning a firearm is lawful, but what about drawing and firing? At the gun range drawing and shooting is acceptable; in the middle of the desert with no body else around is acceptable; but we have situations where either cops or criminals not only draw and aim their weapons, instead they point and shoot at will with little to no restriction and the only thing stopping them? The safety switch. If we are to lessen and hopefully end this we need more restrictions on the USAGE of firearms; not ownership.
